Grilling is a form of cooking that involves dry heat applied to the surface of food. Food to be grilled is cooked on a grill which is an open wire grid such as a gridiron with a heat source above or below or a grill pan (similar to a frying pan, but with raised ridges to mimic the wires of an open grill) wikipedia
Grilling makes the food look and taste fantastic, it retains the nutrients of the foods grilled and also drips off fats from foods.
Grilling can be incredibly healthy, inexpensive, and easy if done correctly. It’s a great way to feed your family delicious meals, without breaking the bank.
